Check the product name on the box or the front of your device. You can also browse Ledger Support for device identification help.
Can Ledger help me recover my 24-word phrase?+
No. Your recovery phrase is only known to you and cannot be retrieved by Ledger. If you have not set up your device yet, write your phrase down offline during the setup process.
